LogiSphere - Logistics Dashboard

Exploration of a control panel for a multimodal freight platform. The main question I wanted to answer: how do you keep an operator oriented in space while still giving them numbers?

Answer — don't hide the map. The globe with live trade lanes stays the background of the whole screen, and the data sits on top in two side rails. Left rail is state: how many shipments are moving, where they're stuck, which lanes are open. Right rail is action: switch the transport mode, open the next delivery, check a tracking number.

A few decisions I liked: – Sea / Air / Rail / Truck as one visible switch — mode is the first thing an operator filters by, so it shouldn't live inside a dropdown – Status donut split by the four states that actually cause delays, not by generic progress – Photo thumbnails in shipment rows — a container reads faster than a repeated icon – Tracking reduced to three checkpoints instead of a full event log

Teal on a cool blue base, soft cards, one accent color for everything clickable.
