Design a premium, modern 3D landing page for a trucking dispatch service.
The interface retains the existing brand identity and structure while adding dimensional, interactive elements. A dark logistics‑inspired theme features a realistic 3D semi‑truck hero with animated route lines, floating load cards displaying pickup, delivery, rate, miles, and equipment, and interactive 3D dashboard components. Glassmorphism panels, subtle depth‑enhanced buttons, and smooth scrolling create a professional, trustworthy feel. The hero section presents the headline “We Find the Loads. You Keep Moving.”, subheadline, and primary CTA “Get Started” with a secondary “Talk to a Dispatcher.” Interactive 3D cards showcase services such as Load Finding, Broker Negotiation, Load Booking, Equipment & Container Support, and Carrier Support, each with visual indicators for status. The design balances realism with usability, ensuring conversion focus and a modern logistics technology aesthetic.

I’m building Comlae, a UK-based privacy-first physical letter fulfilment service.
Customers can create or upload a letter online, enter a recipient, select a UK postal service, pay, and have the physical letter prepared and posted from the UK.
The website already has a strong visual foundation. This is not a blank-slate rebrand. I’m looking for an experienced designer to refine the existing direction into a distinctive Comlae identity, compact digital design system and coherent motion system.
EXISTING BRAND DIRECTION
• Brand: COMLAE
• Pronunciation: COM-lay
• Core proposition: “Physical post, handled online.”
• Current descriptor candidate: “Letters, relayed.”
• Clean white / cool-grey surfaces
• Bright Comlae red: approx. #D33D4E
• Deep navy/ink: approx. #172033
• IBM Plex Sans interface typography
• Minimal, modern, professional and authoritative
• Postal-adjacent without looking like a traditional postal operator
• Bright and approachable, not crypto-themed
The existing colour, typography and website direction should be refined rather than replaced.
WHAT I NEED
Brand identity
• 3 distinct initial identity concepts
• Original Comlae symbol/mark
• Refined/custom COMLAE wordmark
• Symbol + wordmark lockups
• Horizontal/header version
• Symbol-only and wordmark-only versions
• Favicon/app icon
• Light, dark and monochrome versions
• Minimum-size and clear-space guidance
Digital brand/UI system
• Primary, secondary and tertiary buttons
• Hover, active, focus, disabled and loading states
• Form/input styling
• Dropdowns, checkboxes and upload states
• Status badges/chips
• Cards, notices and navigation states
• Icon/graphic style
• Colour, spacing, radius, shadow and focus rules
This should formalise the existing Comlae UI, not redesign the entire website.
Hero motion
I want a bespoke, restrained 4–7 second homepage animation showing:
Letter/page settles into view
Content appears
Recipient details appear
Page slips partly into an envelope
Envelope settles
Restrained dispatch/completion cue
Animation rests
The motion should feel precise and premium, not cartoon-like or continuously distracting.
Desktop, mobile and reduced-motion/static treatments are required.
BRAND MOTION
I would also like a subtle animated version of the Comlae symbol so the logo and hero animation share one coherent visual language.
STYLE / DIFFERENTIATION
Comlae should feel:
• trustworthy
• polished
• discreet
• modern
• authoritative
• professional
• recognisably connected to physical communication
It should NOT feel like:
• a crypto company
• generic SaaS
• a children's mail app
• a courier company
• a heritage postal brand
• a clone of another online letter service
Comlae is independent from Royal Mail and Post Office. No crowns, official-looking uniforms, mail bags, postal insignia or anything suggesting affiliation.
DELIVERABLES
• Editable vector logo/source files
• SVG, PDF and PNG exports
• Editable Figma source for UI system
• Layered/vector hero artwork
• Original motion/project source
• Production-ready animation assets
• Favicon/social variants
• Concise brand guidelines
• Commercial rights to the final bespoke work
I would prefer the identity and motion work to be handled by the same designer, or by a closely coordinated team.
Please include relevant examples of brand identity + restrained digital motion in your proposal.

Logo and brand identity — vending machine company (Colorado)
We are Koholā Vending LLC, a new vending machine business based in Colorado. We are looking for a designer to create our logo and core brand identity.
About the name: Koholā is the Hawaiian word for humpback whale. That is the origin of the name, but we are not attached to a literal whale illustration — we are open to visual direction and want to see what you would do with it.
What makes this project a little different: our machines are black, and the main branding surface is a lit 1920 × 540 screen across the top of each one — so the reversed, light‑on‑dark version is the primary mark, not a variant, and the horizontal lockup has to hold a 3.6‑to‑1 letterbox. It also has to work as large‑format vinyl seen from ten feet in an office breakroom, and at business‑card and favicon size. We expect to expand beyond Colorado, so we do not want a mark that is locked to one state’s imagery.
Scope:
- Primary logo
- Horizontal and stacked lockups
- One‑color and reversed versions
- Icon‑only mark
- Color specifications (CMYK, RGB, Pantone)
- Short usage guide
- Full vector source files
Terms:
- Full copyright assigned to us on final payment
- Designer retains portfolio display rights
- We will ask you to confirm the work is original and to tell us whether and how you used AI tools in your process
Budget: $1,000–$2,000 fixed price
Timeline:
- Concepts at two weeks
- Primary mark and wordmark locked at two and a half weeks so business cards can go to print
- Final files at four weeks
We launch in late October, so this schedule is firm.
To apply: Send a link to your portfolio and two or three sentences on how you would approach this. Please include at least one brand identity you took from start to finish, not just logo presentation shots. I will send the full creative brief to anyone I would like to talk with further.

Calixte's Express is a comprehensive shipping and logistics platform specializing in international cargo forwarding from the USA to Haiti, as well as domestic Haiti-to-Haiti deliveries.
Beyond a standard management dashboard, the platform features a complete web application that acts as a public-facing business profile explaining our services and operations. It includes a secure login system that routes users to dedicated, role-based web interfaces: a Customer Portal for clients to track shipments and manage orders, and an Employee Portal for staff to handle internal operations and logistics tracking, all powered by our robust mobile app, web frontend, and secure backend API."

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Website Redesign Vendor Brief
Asia Sublime Travel · Luxury custom journeys across East Asia
September 2026 · Prepared for qualified design and development partners
This brief is written so three vendors can submit comparable proposals for a full website redesign. Please price the scope below. Do not copy any competitor site. Reference sites are listed only for tone, information architecture, and conversion patterns.
Current website: https://asiasublime.com
Target budget: about US $10-15k for the base build, with some flexibility if a clear improvement in quality or launch readiness requires it. We do not want online booking or a long list of extras. We want a strong, beautiful site that connects with prospective clients and shows the character of the business.
1. Business overview
Asia Sublime Travel designs high-end, fully custom private trips, with Japan as the primary destination and additional expertise in China, Taiwan, and South Korea. The brand is premium, knowledgeable, and personal. Travelers expect expert planning, exclusive access, and calm, high-touch service.
Trips are designed by Asia Sublime and executed on the ground by four trusted land-operator partners. The company’s advantage is a smaller, specialist operation: deep destination knowledge, careful itinerary craft, and attention to detail rather than volume or packaged group tours.
Most inquiries today arrive through a long-standing partner channel. The new website must strengthen the independent Asia Sublime brand, improve close rates on existing inquiries, and over time attract qualified direct leads through search, referrals, and content.
What we do not sell: low-cost group tours, à-la-carte hotel-only or tour-only booking, or live inventory. The site is a trust and inquiry engine, not an online booking engine.
2. Project objective
The current website at asiasublime.com is outdated and was built around institutional group travel. It must be replaced. The new site should:
• Present a luxury, editorial brand that matches how the company actually works today.
• Focus almost entirely on small, personalized private trips for affluent independent travelers.
• Keep a modest, secondary path for affinity / institutional group travel (not prominent on the homepage).
• Move ready visitors quickly into a qualified inquiry, while giving explorers rich destination content.
• Be easy for the owners to update (copy, photos, itineraries, blog) without a developer for routine changes.
• Be SEO-ready from launch, with a content structure that can also support AI search visibility over time.
3. Brand and visual direction
The desired feel is elegant, refined, editorial, and self-assured — like a well-run luxury ryokan: understated, educated, and not flashy. Strong photography, generous white space, thoughtful typography, and a calm luxury palette.
• Tone of voice: expert, warm, precise. Not promotional or generic luxury-template language.
• Photography: large, original or licensed destination imagery. No obvious stock clichés.
• Keep the existing Asia Sublime logo. Do not create a new logo or full brand identity. Apply the current mark with refined typography, color, and layout.
• Mobile-first and fully responsive (phone, tablet, desktop). Fast, accessible, and uncluttered.
4. Reference sites — inspiration only
Vendors may study the following sites for structure and conversion patterns. The delivered site must be original in design, code, photography treatment, and copy. Do not reproduce layouts, components, or wording.
Reference What to study — not copy
boutiquejapan.com Calm luxury tone; sample itineraries as inspiration; process page; discreet pricing bands; deep destination content reached through clear links; inquiry form that qualifies budget and dates.
Jacada Travel / similar luxury planners Two homepage paths: ready-to-engage (“Start here”) versus still-exploring.
Asia Sublime’s main structural difference from a single-country specialist: the homepage should open into four country gateways — Japan, China, Taiwan, and South Korea — then reuse the same page types in each country.
5. Audiences and user journeys
Primary audience
Affluent independent travelers planning custom private trips of roughly one to three weeks, especially first or return visits to Japan, and culturally rich travel across East Asia. They expect quality, expertise, and a premium presentation. The site should quietly discourage bargain hunters.
Secondary audience
Affinity and institutional groups (alumni, associations). This path should exist but sit in a less obvious location (for example a footer or /groups page), not compete with the private-trip story.
Two homepage journeys
• Ready to plan: persistent “Start here / Inquire” CTA on home, country, itinerary, and process pages.
• Still exploring: country gateways, sample trips, destination guides, process, pricing ranges, and blog/guides.

What You'll Create:

We are looking for an exceptional UI/UX & 3D Designer for an urgent, high-impact project: designing 3 premium, custom-crafted Hero sections from scratch for a next-generation hosting platform. No templates, no stock assets—everything must be designed, modeled, and animated exclusively for our brand.
Scope of work:
• Design 3 radically distinct, structurally diverse Hero section concepts tailored for specific landing pages (e.g., VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Cloud Solutions).
• Custom 3D & UI from Scratch: Build a unique visual language, grids, interfaces, and 3D objects (server racks, microchips, data centers, network infrastructure, and abstract hardware) entirely from scratch using your own modeling skills. Zero stock assets.
• Interactive 3D Graphics: Integrate responsive 3D elements into the first fold so they react to cursor movement, support smooth rotation, and feel like a cohesive part of the design system.
• Complex Motion Design & "Wow" Factor: Create detailed, high-end motion choreography—stunning entrance animations for UI elements, headings, and CTAs from various angles upon page load, along with fluid interactive transitions.
What we expect in your proposal:
• A strong web design portfolio featuring clear examples of your self-created 3D graphics and complex interactive animations.
• Confirmation of your immediate availability to start.

We are developing a UK fine jewellery brand with a focus on diamond jewellery, and are looking for a designer to create a refined, distinctive and timeless visual identity.
We want the brand to feel elegant, confident and understated rather than trend‑led or overly decorative. The aesthetic should be clean and considered, with excellent typography, meticulous spacing and proportion, and a sophisticated neutral or muted colour palette.
The project should include a primary wordmark/logo, secondary logo or mark where appropriate, typography system, colour palette, brand guidelines, and applications across a jewellery box, carrier bag and certificate/guarantee card.
We want more than a generic luxury logo. The identity should have a recognisable character of its own and work beautifully in black and white, at small sizes, and across packaging, print, signage and digital.
Please show your two most relevant branding projects, ideally for jewellery, luxury, fashion or premium product brands, and clearly state whether they were real client projects or self‑initiated concepts.
