For Worktail, we designed a recruitment dashboard that brings the hiring process into one focused workspace. From screening and interviews to offers and hired candidates, the experience gives HR teams a clear view of every stage while making everyday recruitment tasks easier to manage.

The recruitment UI combines applicant tracking, candidate management, hiring workflows, and interview scheduling with a structured HR dashboard and SaaS dashboard experience. Job openings, departments, locations, applications, and candidate activity are organized through practical dashboard UI patterns and clear status indicators.

As part of the HRM SaaS platform, the interface supports HR software, HR tech, workforce management, and employee management workflows while maintaining a focused enterprise dashboard experience. The web app UI follows a practical UI design approach with thoughtful UX design and product design decisions throughout.
